While I was initially excited about the quadruple feature with FLY ME and TNT JACKSON being announced for this fall, my excitement jumped even higher knowing that TOO HOT TO HANDLE is also on the bill. I recently received the DVD box set of the GINGER trilogy and am thrilled to find that another feature starring Cheri Caffaro will be part of this package. Don't know much about the fourth feature (FIRECRACKER) but I know this upcoming DVD is gonna kick some serious ass!

The commentary tracks for both are worth a listen as Erica Gavin is very charming.
Yeah, this is a great disc. Really enjoyed JACKSON COUNTY JAIL -- the transfer looks flippin' terrific. The commentary was so-so (might have been better with a moderator asking questions), but was still fun to listen to. Really looking forward to sitting down with CAGED HEAT, as well.

Are there any more sci-fi or horror titles in the works, Cliff?

FIRECRACKER is director Cirio H. Santiago's remake of his own TNT JACKSON (1975), only a little more sexier. Santiago would remake TNT one more time in the 90's (ANGELFIST - 1992).

At the risk of putting words in his mouth, I think that Cliff commented recently that there isn't any more sci-fi lined up for the forseeable future. I'm sure he'll correct me if I'm wrong.

Last I heard, Battle Beyond The Stars is scheduled for July. Hope that's still true.

Yes it is always schedule, I think Cliff said no more science-fiction except the one already scheduled like Battle Beyond the Stars or Timewalker.

Damnation Alley and Battle Beyond the Stars are up for Pre-order on Amazon, but they have the wrong street dates.

7/12 for both. Amazon has "Damnation Alley" listed for 4/12, which would be awesome but impossible.

Yeah, they have 7/12 listed for the Blu-ray of Battle Beyond The Stars and 4/12 for the DVD release. Clearly, wrong! haha Thanks for the info, Anthony.
