Now that Xploited has closed shop I'm having trouble coming up with a suitable alternative. The main thing that appealed to me about Xploited site was that they updated their new releases multiple times a week so I could browse through a variety of region-coded exploitation/genre DVDs to see what's new. So what I'm looking for is a site that specializes in obscure horror, exploitation, etc. with a large selection that I do not have to weed through comedy, drama, special interests, etc. to see what new horror has come out. Any suggestions?
They are currently offering 15% off everything til the end of January
yeah I just dropped a lazy 100 with them
Lith for nothing, or die fuh thomething!
Atomic Cinema is cool. They don't have nearly as extensive a selection as Xploited did though.
I prefer Euro stuff to most stuff. If that makes me a snob just call me Troy Howarth.
Hk Flix is always good and I like the database system they have set up (Fair disclosure: I do have an affiliate deal with them). They despite the name are good at carrying non-Asian films.
Also best plot description for a film by a store EVER:
One thing I will miss is how Tony would always source things from a ton of different countries.
For Japanese R2s (they even had Bruno Mattei stuff) CD Japan and Yes Asia are pretty good.
Indeed I am, it will start off small because money is a problem for me.
I will be starting with 7 different titles and one zine, but when items are purchased I will be investing in more cool titles. The most notable titles I will have is the Orozco the Embalmer box set from Japan...awesome set!
I will be getting the more harder to get DVDs, or just ones I like. I won't have any ones that can easily be purchased on others sites from the get go, right now I want to specialize on the more "colorful" titles.
My goal is to give the best customer services around and to keep the prices lowest as possible...I have to eat!!! I will post a link when everything is ready and up.
Also, Aaron M...I am trying my best to get the goods

im pretty fond of hk flix, they have a ton of stuff on that sight. i can get lost on there sometimes, just going through movies. one thing i like is that if a dvd is out of print, they post alternatives.
I quite like dvdpagific.com Sure, they don't specialize in horror and their search engine is kinda crap, but they do offer lots of interesting titles at incredibly low prices! And you can browse either on category or on label (which I find quite interesting).
Homo homini lupus est...
I wanna do a big plug for Dvd Empire. I ordered several times recently and the service was prompt and the dvds arrived in excellent condition.
