Anyone seen this little shocker?



In my opinion it's one of the best and scariest movies in the wake of THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT, pretty much on par with the excellent THE COLLINGSWOOD STORY.

The acting is surprisingly good, and there is one great shock moment that really made me jump! Besides, the slowly growing panic of the protagonists somehow transfers to the viewer, and this works exceptionally well.

So watch it alone, at night, in complete darkness... but don't blame me if you piss your pants!

Director Richard Lowry has since sent me some later films he directed and they are as good or better than WICKSBORO.

I know. That was the reason why I ordered it!

Something puzzles me though. On the back cover of the US DVD, there are a few extras mentioned like outtakes, deleted scenes, etc. On the DVD, though, there only is the movie and the chapter menu. No extras, no nothing!?
