Has anyone seen this mindblowing piece of shit yet? I described it as "if Donald Kaufman from Adaptation wrote a ripoff of The Terminator, and Doris Wishman was hired to direct at 1/20th of the needed budget". I'm honestly surprised that this has gotten both a theatrical release and a wide DVD release by Lion's Gate. I'm curious as to what others might make of it.

Here's a trailer:

No way man. if Doris had directed this, there would have been a lot more shots of feet and inanimate objects; and the camera would shoot the backs of peoples heads while they were delivering dialogue. :D

Yes, there isn't any cutting to inanimate objects, only because the film cuts to stock shots and flash cuts instead. I would venture to say that 70% of the dialogue is spoken off screen. So it's sort of a 21st century version of Doris, I guess.

By the looks of that trailer,it looks like they filmed a couple of years ago(when Pat Morita was still alive)but re-vamped it for the NINJA ASSASSIN crowd and Gail Kim's WWE/TNA fanbase.

I managed to catch it in its extremely brief ROYAL KILL theatrical release. It was mind-melting!!! Had to drive from L.A. to Covina to watch it, dragged a few friends along.

Frankly, much more entertaining than THE ROOM on multiple levels.

Looks like intentional camp is still in full swing. Not trying to derail the thread, but I'm instantly reminded of Vampire Assassin
