Is this what I have to do to get anyone's attention today?

Geesh!

You always have our attention, Mr. Adelman. It's tough not to pay attention to your antics.

And for the record, I think Fred Adelman could beat Asia or Saga in a Prog Battle Of The Bands but would probably lose out to more advanced bands of the Yes/ELP style.

I play a nasty Moog (really!) and I can slap the bass like a cheap NY whore. I'm looking for a female (or transgender) singer that will put up with my diva-like attitude. No point in having two bitches in the band.

Prog sucks unless it's King Crimson

Uh, I think you're forgetting that your beloved Roger Miller recorded a prog album in 1975. It was called Astral Coyote. Look into it.

Just put those expensive shades back on Fred. You're bound to attract attention with some really nice shades.

And Chad, prog can be hip if you'll just let it be man.

:D

We haven't had any Greenslade, Eloy, Kansas, Saga, Styx, or Asia yet. ;)

We really need Van Der Graaf Generator in these polls somewhere.

I agree, even if I find VDGG a tad too weird for my taste, can't get into it somehow no matter how hard I try. And I really want to like them, maybe I just haven't tried their most accessible stuff. Gentle Giant's as 'weird' as I want my prog.

I had to draw the line somewhere. I'm afraid of Fred. He slithers for chrissakes!

Lies! Filthy lies! Roger Miller never did that! :( :(

I would totally buy it though
