What exactly does 'smooth-mouth cookie' mean?

I have no idea.

The story goes like this:

My boss was standing at my desk talking on his cell phone. He said, "Boy, you sure are a smooth mouth cookie." to whoever he was talking to. I was puzzled.

Here are a couple more phrases from my boss:

"I am just laying all the eggs out on the table."

"Don't worry about it. It will go out like wildfire."

"Just put it in gear and wait for the cheese."

"Pull my finger."

"Just put it in gear and wait for the cheese."

If you don't mind, I'll be borrowing that. :D

Be very careful when dealing with this man. He is obviously an alien sent to infiltrate the human race, a ruse that would have worked if he hadn't completely failed at mastering the art of slang. He's probably replacing your co-workers with pod people, too.

He scares me!
