What's Yours?
For me, it's a toss up between Charlie McCarthy and Uncle Floyd's Oogie.

Then again, who cannot love...

You mean Willie Tyler and Lester? They go back to the mid '60s, when they were emcees for the Motown Revue tour. I have their 1965 album on Motown, "Hello Dummy."

Lester is great, but Paul Winchell's dummies (Jerry Mahoney and Knucklehead Smiff) are the best.

Oogie!! And then Charlie McCarthy, Mortimer Snerd and perhaps the most underrated dummy of all, Knucklehead Smif.

Being from Jersey, I would have to say Oogie. He could make even the cleanest joke seem dirty.
